Sumerian Great Black Standard Guideline of Changes Fortunes Names, Titles and Positions

In Hebrew heaven (שם) or more precisely heavens (שמים) are always plural as in the JiuTian 9 () heavens or underworlds called shamayim (שמים), the masculine plural heavens. Each of the JiuTian 9 () heavens encompasses 40 degrees of 360 degrees of a Tun (תען) solar year in the Galactic Underworld. In Hebrew the letter Mem (מ) is the numeral 40 as for 40 degrees while the letter Mem (מ) is singular as in a single 40 degrees, the masculine plural is mayim [1](מים); "water" or more precisely "waters" of 40 degrees each times 9 heavens or 9 members (of the solar system) is 360 degrees.     • The Legend of Sargon reports Sargon was born the illegitimate son of a "changeling," which could refer to a temple priestess of the goddess Inanna and never knew his father. Sargon's mother could not reveal her pregnancy or keep the child, and so she placed the infant in a basket which she then let go on the Euphrates River (archetype of the story of Moses and the ark of bulrushes in the Nile river in BC AYN 1579). She had sealed the basket with tar, and the water carried Sargon safely to where he was later found by a man named Akki who was a gardener for Ur-Zababa, the king of the Sumerian city of Kish. In creating this legend, Sargon carefully distanced himself from the kings of the past (who claimed divine right) and aligned himself with the common people of the region rather than the ruling elite.
    • Thus Sargon having began in obscurity () until he was appointed "the cupbearer of Ur-Zababa" while Sargon's "father (Laibum [42]להבים) was a gardener," then (Sargon) "became king, the king of Agade, who built Agade" and took over Sumer, and created the Akkadian Empire.
    • A later Babylonian version of Sargon's inscriptions; Sargon of Akkad captured Lugal-Zage-Si but there is over a hundred years between these events which illustrates the correct chronology is Sargon begins near after Ur-Zababa which ended in BC AYN 2271, thus fitting the purpose for stating such events before a later Babylonia version occurred and this is just what happens 200 (197 + 3 uncounted) years before the beginning of the reign of Ur-ningin in BC AYN 2064 when "then Agade (Akkad) was defeated and the kingship was taken to Unug (4th/5 dynasties of Uruk).
    • in the Table of the dynasty of Agade in the Akkadian period the original formula of the Sumerian king list is X number of kings ruled for X number of years, in this case 11 kings ruled for 197 years. The 11 kings:
